Broida Hall Bldg. 572 - Interruption of Ventilation, Heating, Cooling and Exhaust

Date: November 15, 2024
Time: 6AM to 2 pm

FM Preventative Maintenance staff will be performing scheduled maintenance work on the building’s heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This work includes inspection and replacement of air filtration media and fan motor belts, lubrication of motors, and inspection/repair of associated ventilation and hydronic heating and cooling systems.


Exhaust Fan EF-1 will be off from 6:00AM - 12:00noon (serves 6-story labs)

Heating Hot Water Pump-1 will be off from 10am to 2pm
