FM Preventative Maintenance staff will be performing scheduled preventative maintenance work on the building’s heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This work includes inspection and replacement of air filtration media and fan motor belts, lubrication of motors, and inspection/repair of associated ventilation and hydronic heating and cooling systems.

Identified - Please be informed that the hot water service for the Humanities and Social Sciences Building (515) is currently turned off due to ongoing repairs to the boilers. We anticipate that the hot water will remain unavailable for approximately two weeks while these repairs are completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance period.

Monitoring - The maintenance work on the storm drain between Bio Science (Bldg 504) and Life Science (Bldg 235) has been successfully completed. Concrete pouring is scheduled for today to finalize the repairs.

Please be advised that the sidewalk area will reopen for foot traffic on Monday, April 8th. We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
