Date: February 17 to February 20, 2026 Time: 7AM to 4PM intermittently
FM Preventative Maintenance staff will be performing scheduled preventative maintenance work on the building’s heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Investigating - The steam boilers located in the basement that primarily serve the fourth floor auto claves in Bio II (571) have turned off for a unscheduled repair. We are actively working on securing the needed parts for the repair and strive to limit downtime to as little as possible.

Student Affairs & Administrative Services (Bldg 568) Elevator 2 is temporarily out of service while maintenance work is performed.
Our teams have been actively working on the elevator repair and are currently awaiting delivery of a required replacement part. Once the part is received, we will proceed with the repair and restore the elevator to service as quickly as possible.
